he following Marines died in the crash of CH-46D buno 152557 which was downed by a rocket propelled grenade in a valley north-east of the Rockpile. The aircraft landed in hostile territory and assistance was requested from the division to retrieve the remains of the crew who had all died on impact. The request was refused.
