Captain Gary Thurston Porter

Cecil Newcomb and Dennis Blackwell performed an Operation Rose ceremony for Capt. Gary Porter. It took place September 22, 2001, in Hanson, MA. Gary's Mother, his brothers and many other family members were in attendance. Cecil did a terrific job with the presentation and he had brought members of the Marine Corps League from Orleans, Ma (pictured) to participate in the ceremony.
